Tuckahoe 25k Course GPX

Date: Saturday, November 19th 2022

Time: 7:30am

Distance: 25k, 15.5 miles (keep in mind these are trails and distances may vary from your GPS watch)

This is a great middle distance race for those wanting to experience trail running for the first time as well as for those wanting a fast race experience. These trails are not technical or rocky. The Course will be a modified large loop and a shorter out and back. This course is almost all trails. Some of the trails are single track and some are wider horse trails. It is completely flat, which should make for a relatively fast 25k, however, there are some rooty sections and some areas might be muddy. Be ready to possibly fall and get dirty. Be prepared for any and all weather conditions. Runners could experience cold, rain, snow, mud, and possible freezing conditions.

CUTOFF: The final cutoff time for this event is 4 hours (11:30 am) Runners will be expected to carry the slowest pace possible throughout the entire course. If a runner falls significantly behind pace, The Tuckahoe Crew reserves the right to pull a runner from the race at any time and anywhere on the course.

There will be two well-stocked aid stations with water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and experienced volunteers. We will also have real food at the aid stations (something sweet and something salty).

There is NO rain date. We WILL run in the rain, snow, and sleet.
Only a “force majeure” which makes EMS, Aid stations, and support staff unable to function will be cause for cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds or credits will be applied to future events.

Awards for the top three men and top three women. Swag for all participants!
